Short note for now

Life Is Beautiful. What a sweet, touching movie. I had no idea what it was about, and I probably never would have rented it if Carl hadn't turned me on to all these foreign films. It was just a really sweet, funny, touching movie.

So last night I had to do laundry to get ready for Houston this weekend. I also baked some cookies to take to his aunt's house. And, of course, I watched the movie. Carl ended up going to bed early, so we only chatted for a few minutes.

I took a picture this morning of Aubrey in front of the tree. She looks so grown up. It's the last day of school before break, so she's all dressed up. Hope you enjoy :)
