I decided to blow off BRAD the personal minion trainer from hell and take the kiddo to see Finding Nemo. Much better option today I think. My shoulder is still hurting from Monday and I think a cool afternoon in air conditioning and eating popcorn is far better for my state of mind. :-D If you don't think so, don't EVEN open your mouth. Just back up slowly and turn away from the stressed out, unemployed, out of shape woman and run.
