Thursday Entry #2

I wrote Doug today and told him that things have changed too much for me to continue anything with him anymore. Even though I'm seeing Carl, I never really completely let go of Doug and it was time for it.

I feel like crap now, but I know that's just because I've let go of my "safety net" and in this case that's a good thing. And a grownup thing to do.

I'm sure Doug will figure out that Carl and I are together. He's seen the pictures of Carl and I together. I'm hoping he's working and that he won't get the email until tonight so I don't have to deal with a response right now. If I know Doug...all he'll say is "Okay Kelly" and that will be the end of it.
