Going Crazy

My friend the realtor came over tonight and told me everything to do to get the house ready for sale and also suggested leasing if we have a problem selling. The lease I could handle as long as it wasn't month to month. It's something to consider. The only major hitch is that this woman might want to move in really quickly. If that happened, it would mean that Aubrey would have to finish out the school year by living with her dad. Not sure how keen she is on that, but it's an option. I would have to figure out what to do with myself as well... where to stay, etc. Uggg all these things are driving me batty.
