Where to live???

I just got an email from Carl and he assures me that it's fine to try to pursue living next door :) I called the landlord and he told me that he thinks it should be ready in June. I can push back my move date, but I just want to be sure that he's really considering me for the unit.

Now... I have to figure out how to handle the apartment. I shouldn't lose my deposit because I didn't sign a lease, but they will be expecting me to come sign the lease in the next couple of weeks. I'm supposed to move in June 1st. I asked Carl to talk to the landlord and see how long he really thinks the repairs will take.

I"m soooo excited now!!!
